When we were ready, several months later, we got back in touch. What Sally offered for us was taking the stress out of looking for somewhere; she booked the viewings, getting them where we would have failed. Joining us when we viewed, giving us a feel for the owners and what they are after as well. Once we had found the right home (much quicker than anticipated, being second house and first week of viewing,) she helped us every step of the way with negotiation and pitching our offer, in a best and final situation.
Sally absolutely knows the market and how to work within it, to get you your home. Support doesn’t stop once you’ve found your home but carries on until the keys are in your hand, you’re over the threshold and beyond. She facilitated the relationship between us and the vendors and kept the purchase on track, even negotiating a further reduction, when we had neither the time, nor energy to do so ourselves.
